CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a unique method of evaluating and enhancing the craniosacral system — the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding and protecting the brain and spinal cord. Using light touch generally no greater than the weight of a nickel, restrictions are released to restore central nervous system balance and improve overall wellbeing.

Everyday emotional and physical stress can create tension in the craniosacral system, leading to restrictions that disrupt its natural rhythm. Because of the direct effect this has on the central nervous system, these restrictions can contribute to sleep disturbances, anxiety, depression, PTSD, sinusitis, physical pain, and other conditions.

During a session, with gentle pressure I evaluate the craniosacral system, testing for ease of motion and rhythm of the cerebrospinal fluid pulsing around the brain and spinal cord. Non-invasive, soft-touch manipulations release restrictions in tissues influencing the craniosacral system — typically around the ankles and feet, knees, low back, shoulders, and head.

Reiki is a holistic, non-invasive energy healing practice that promotes physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Rooted in ancient Japanese traditions, Reiki involves the channeling of universal life force energy through the hands of a trained practitioner to activate the body's natural healing processes.

The practitioner gently places their hands on or above the client's body in a series of positions, allowing the flow of healing energy to restore balance and harmony. This energy works to clear blockages, reduce stress, and support the body's innate ability to heal itself.

Reiki is effective for people of all ages and complements conventional medical treatments alongside other therapeutic practices. Whether addressing chronic pain, emotional trauma, or simply the need for relaxation, Reiki fosters deep relaxation and inner peace.

Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) is a gentle yet powerful energy work that gets the "issues out of the tissues." Within our body there are powerful emotional memories stored in cellular structures. At times, these can cause blockages that affect our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.
