Usui Reiki training classes involve learning the history and origins of Reiki, the chakra system, and guidance in living the principles of Reiki. Training begins with attunement to universal energy and progresses through increasingly advanced frequencies. Each class is a single, transformative day.

Level 01

Reiki Level I

Attunement to universal energy. Full body treatment, traditional hand positions, and self-healing.
